Do you think I could house my society finches with a pair of javas'. the java's are with society finches now. I will be picking them up this weekend from a lady and I was wondering if what do you guys think?? I also have a pair of green singers but when I put my society finches with my green singers, the green singers were not happy, kept going after the society finches. so I know society are peaceful and so are java's. what do you guys think?????

I have my Javas flying in the room with my zebras. The Javas tend to try to peck zebra's feet when they are annoyed and bully the zebras. One of my chicks had one infected toe after the Java bit her and now the nail is growing to the side. I would not house smaller birds with Javas because they have quite strong beaks.
My javas and zebras are allowed to fly together only when I am home to watch them. At the moment they have big fights through the cage bars as the zebras are nesting and the Javas are curious or try to take over the nests if the zebra cage is open.

Should I put the java's with my green singers? I'm afraid to do that. my greenies get stressed out very easy.

I would not put them with the societies or the singers.

I would keep the javas separate from other birds.

I would agree. My canary is not as big as a Java, but he still occasionally attacks/harasses the other finches (they are in separate cages because of this).
