I have taken lots of your suggestions and others and my husband and I built this little aviary for our finches. Thanks all.

That's a nice birdroom Jackie and nice big parrot cage on the left (front) too!

You did a good job in the set up.
How are all your finches and parrots doing now? Any hatchings lately?
I'm going to band my two newest gouldian babies tonight!

Uoooo...very nicely done!

It looks like you made really good use of what limited space you have. I love the clouds painted on the ceiling.
I see you have a few large bird cages on both sides of the picture....I would love to see what birdies you have in those cages please....please?

Actually Liz, that is not your cage

. It is a MUCH smaller age which is housing one of my conures. Your huge lovely cage is in the big birds room as shown (though not really what I should put on a finch site

)

hereare some of my other babies

I love all your photos!
You have such beautiful birds....I LOVE CAGs and hope to have one someday. Do yours talk much?
And look at all those wonderful toys....your birdies are not spoiled at all are they....LOL!
I bet it gets noisy and raucous in there at times eh?

My female cag has an amazing vocab and talks in my husbands voice. They have cognitive abilities so are constantly astounding me with their words and antics.The male has a limited vocab and is very nervous but a sweetie all the same. Yes it gets VERY noisey around here especially at sundown

The conures are very loud little guys and when they and the amazons get going...well, luckily I have great neighbours
