Well, they are gorgeous but I can only imagine they would be a bit pricey, and expensive to ship.
Why don't you buy a flight cage ready made??? There are so many great ones out there, in all sizes.

I have a prevue f030 actually but it started rust spots on 1st cleaning with vinegar water mix. Plus none of these cages sizes are made efficient for finches. Usually too high and not enough in either length or width. Wood and stainless stell sounds really nice for cleaning. This site i found is priced reasonable i guess. Wish it was in usa.

Two possibilities in the valley but I have no specifics. Both are more aviary than cage. It maybe depends on if you want a cage or a walk-in aviary with stand up headroom.
There is one guy who advertises walk in aviaries on craigslist under 'bird cages'. These look to be kind of ordinary construction lumber and purely utilitarian from the photos.
Last weekend there was another guy at the Mesa bird mart who had a walk in aviary that seemed pretty nicely detailed and finished. Quite honestly I wasn't in the market so I didn't pay a lot of attention or get his card. Chances are he will also be at the PHX mart next month.
