Lighting for my new aviary

I am planning for two more aviaries, but unlike the previous one, these will be indoors. I have arranged everything except the lights. In India, it is extremely difficult to get avian lights. I found only one online supplier. Here is the link:

Two aviaries will be created in it. How many tube lights I should install? Should I install a black light also? If yes, is the following perfect for my room:

While that bulb meets the range required how many you will need will depend on if you are trying to give them Vitamin D with the lights or just satisfying their visual need for full spectrum.

Here's an article about lighting that also talks about the black light towards the bottom. It seems you just have to have one light that shines in each cage:
