Opinions on housing for my birds !

Ok guys so I recently built a small aviary or cage or whatever you wanna call it for my finches it's measurements are 4 ft tall by 4 ft long and 2 foot wide also attached a picture of it from when I first made it so you can get an idea ... It's an older pic from when I first made it I have added a few more perches and bowls and what not since then. It's housing my 4 society's and 4 zebra finches right now and they all seem pretty happy. I'm contemplating adding some more stuff to the bottom of the cage and getting a pair of button quail but I have a few questions first if anyone can help me ...
1. How many finches could I hold in a cage this size comfortably (not that I want to I'm happy with how many I have currently just wondering)
2. is it a good space to also house 2 buttons
3. If anyone even has experience with buttons would a single pair stink much... Cuz I hate the smell of animal poop and love how my finches don't stink and are super easy to care for.

Also I had another idea... If this cage/aviary is not suitable for quail/anymore birds I was thinking of building a stand for it which could also house the buttons. I found a picture online of something someone had built for either quail or chicks but I think if I built something similar it would look really nice and be super functional for a single pair and be easy to keep clean ... I will also post a pic of the cage I'm thinking of using as a stand for my current one ... If anyone could give me some suggestions or advice it would be greatly appreciated as I want the best for my birds just like the rest of you ! thanks guys !

A cage your size will comfortably house 4-5 birds. I wouldn't add any more to what you have. If you decide to breed the space may not be big enough for the zebra and you may have some fights over territory so keep an eye out for trouble.
I've heard good and bad about button quail and have never had them so I'll let those that have answer those questions.

Kool thanks debbie ... As they are now i have 8 in the cage because my two zebras had babys last month and i hang out with them all day in my bird room and have never seen any fights the dad was chasing one of the babies at first but it stopd after re aranging all the perches and bowls and had takin the nests out and now the societys and zebras all seem to be good friends lol. However i was planning on selling the two babies once they are old enough as to make more room for them .... So yeah thanks i guess i will go about building a second cage for the buttons i wana get in the future... Also i have tried all morning to upload the pictures i was talking about in my last post but the pic uploader on this site does not like me for some stupid reason ... So yeah will keep trying on a diff computer as opposed to my ipad when i get the chance
