Housing/lighting source

Hi! I have a question about the full spectrum lighting requirement . Are GE reveal bulbs considered full spectrum for purposes of providing finches with the lighting they need to thrive? I am not breeding my finches, so that isn't a consideration. I am wondering because the labeling on the GE reveal bulbs indicates color enhanced "full spectrum."
It would be great if I could use what I have and not have to buy additional bulbs. However, if the consensus is GE reveal isn't sufficient, then please suggest additional options I can find at the local hardware store. I see there are specialty bulbs for reptiles available online, but am not sure I need to spend the money on those for my finches.
Thanks for reading.
I appreciate any feedback.
Andrea
