Is there somewhere that will tell me what species like to sleep in nests or roost up high? I personally like to see them sleep in nests, but it am not planning on breeding. But just gearing up for the new flight!!:)

Societies (I will not keep societies without nests, so much joy do they get crowding into them to sleep), zebras, shafttails, owls, and cutthroats, off the top of my head, seem to prefer nest sleeping (or at least, the cutthroats at my local store ALWAYS are in their nest).
Javas, spices, most other munias, gouldians, most waxbills, canaries, weavers, goldfinches, however, rarely sleep in nests.

I don't know of any list but my societies and zebras always sleep in nests. I just control their breeding by switching out eggs with duds. Everyone does it differently but that's how I've done it.
