I'm getting double flight, what would be the best way to thoroughly clean a cage of this size, it obviously can't be taken outside and hosed down of showered in bathtub. Any advise on this? I was thinking a bucket or bowl of hot vinegar water and a rag. Wipe downs?

Yes vinegar water. Sometimes I use the non toxic cage cleaner/ deodorizer with baby wipes. Unscented / sensitive. Never tried the cage wipes before.

And you do not remove the birds correct? Just kinda work around them and their cage decor?

Harley2013 -- I work around them or do it during free-fly (though even then, there's usually at least one bird in there.
I take out everything that can be taken out to clean, like perches and so forth. (Though I do daily wipe downs of the perches in-cage daily, with a more thorough cleaning in the sink weekly.)
Really, I've found that if you do daily wipe downs, you don't really need to do big cleanings.
You can use a spray bottle if you're careful and get one with the adjustable nozzle that lets you do a big-droplet stream that doesn't aerosol-ize the solution. (Spray it in front of a powerful light source. If it's too fine of a mist, it will float. You don't want that, as those droplets can be inhaled. You want the droplets to be big enough to just fall.)
I use that for wetting areas that need to soak. The tough don't-want-to-come-off poopies.

Hi. I actually do take flights outside, hose them down, wash with hot water and vinegar and hose down again. I find that it's the easiest way to do it. It only works in the summer though. It does take some man handling, but it works. Birds of course go into other cages during the duration.
In the winter we make do with vacuming and wiping down with water and vinegar, working around the birds.
