Hello!
I'd like to put some trays of grasses and clover in my outdoor aviary. I was planning on just using a white clover/orchard grass mix... would this work? Are there any grasses you recommend? Any I should avoid? Also, do you know if they will eat the plants?
Thanks!

Hey Maddie...others will definitely be able to help you with the specific types of grasses and plants to use...I just wanted to recommend organic soil and organic/Non-GMO seeds for your birds. Post some pics once you have your grasses in

I put grasses in that I think they will like to make nests with b/c that keeps them busy. But, honestly the plant type my finches love the most are ferns.

Thanks for the advice! I'm definitely going to put some ferns in there (maybe sword or bird's nest?), and I'll be sure to get organic, non-gmo plants free of any dangerous chemicals!
