Questions about sources of full spectrum bulbs?

I've converted a chinahutch to a finch cage......there's a light fixture at the peak, where I want to insert a full spectrum bulb.

And, I'm also converting a storeroom to a birdroom.....plan to replace the ceiling bulb with a "shop-light" fixture.

I've checked the petsmart out - not sure what bulb I should get - and they are expensive!

Is there an on-line source that someone could recommend?

I got full spectrum bulbs from Walmart for A regular type shoplight don't remember the price but they wern't A lot check them out.

Any Walmart or Home Depot, Lowe's should have these builds. Just look for full spectrum bulbs like "Sunshine" by GE in the orange cardboard.
