Yes it is an indoor aviary. My husband had it built for me for a Christmas present years ago. I have had many birds in it over the years. My scarlet chested parakeets were hand fed and stayed very tame, always came to me when I opened the door and landed on my hand. Love my birds.

BEAUTIFUL birds!!!!! I would love some Gouldians but the price of them is so high. your set up is just beautiful
