I was just planning on using hardware cloth for all the sides and top, should I use any plexiglass to keep stuff in the aviary, like the bottom two feet or something?
How about the sides that will be by the walls of the room? I do not want bird poop all over the walls, should I use plexiglass on those sides?
How do you guys hang perches and that kind of stuff in an aviary? Is the hardware cloth sturdy enough to support those or do they need to be mounted to the wood or what?
What kinds of indoor plants/trees would be good? I will have at least one light on the cage and it sits right in front of a window.

I think on the sides by the wall you could hang a shower curtain on the out side to protect the walls and you can wash them easy when they get soiled.
Hardware cloth is strong enough to hold your perches
