My Aviary
This is my outdoor aviary after several weeks of building and still a work in progress. It is roughly 35ft long by 10-12ft wide by 8ft tall. Its only been completed for about a month and is mainly for finches. I do have a pair of green wing doves, bleeding hearts, and cape doves.
Well pics to come, my pic files are too big.

Re: My Aviary
What a wonderful space for your birds! I envy those of you in southern California (and Florida), your climate is so conducive to having outdoor aviaries! What species of finch do you keep in there?
Welcome to the forum! There's lots of good reading at www.finchinfo.com, where you will find many articles on finch care.

Re: My Aviary
I forget at the moment what they call these but I built a square one and a tube one for nesting.
I also bought a 4x8 plywood board and built a ton of boxes! Half open, with a hole, and half circle type.
