Decorative bird houses?

Saw some beautiful decorative bird houses on ebay. Would finches use these to hide out,feed, or maybe even nest? They are quite spacious, I think. Some actually look practical and others just for display but wouldn't these look really nice in an outdoor aviary even just for ornamental purposes? If the birds can use them, all the better.

Yup those are nice, however, if the birds do use them, it'll be a PAIN to clean them!
