CraigsList cage

Post by ann » Sun Jul 17, 2016 5:19 pm

I'm always checking out CraigsList for vintage cages, and last week I found one. It had been listed a couple of weeks ago, so I called and made a lowball offer, and it was accepted! It's sturdy and well made, but when I scrubbed and disinfected it some of the paint came off. But I think that makes it look even more vintage. It's a whopping 43 inches wide, so there's lots of flying going on in there.

That's a super nice cage. Congrats. How tall is it?

Nice looking cage Ann,

I do luv old and vintage cages but only keep a few for show with no birds in, as I breed and exhibit my birds and the cages of non std size and shape make em a little awkward to maintain,

Sadly some of these vintage cages are not the easiest to clean #-o

Lovely cage though all the same :D
