Got this on Craigslist. It needs some work but I cant wait to get it cleaned up. It will fit perfectly in the same corner where I keep my finch cage currently. I plan to take out the glass in the top section and replace with cage material. My Societies will be very happy in this!

That is beautiful!! Be sure to put all the food and water on the floor, lower part of the aviary or your societies will never leave the top part .

This lets forces them to fly up and down and they get the full benefit of the space for you pleasure and for their exercise an health. :)

Thanks!. I paid 100.00 for it, which is less that what it would cost me to build one in materials alone. The roof is open with the white squared light diffusing material over it.

How are the pictures attached to the back? Are they on the inside or the outside?

Those panels are pressboard with wallpaper that is attached to the inside. They are a little worn but to replace is expensive. That particular scene is still available but upwards of 100 bucks for the mural. There are others out there and I had thought about the stuff you can get a lowes or HD for your basement windows. That stuff is made out of vinyl but again very pricey!
