lovezebs when we cut the side off we leave the bar but we do cut sides off.hubby uses a saw with a metal blade and cuts them out before we built it.

Finley16 thank-you so relaxing for Me to sit and enjoy them,especially first thing in the morning after I clean there cages and give them fresh food,water they know after that salad bar opens up and they all get so excited,love all of them :-D

Absolutely lovely room! That triple flight is fantastic! The birds must love all that flight space. (is that about 8-9 feet?). :YMDAYDREAM:

And it must be a pleasure watching them zip around this way and that way!

I bet you could connect your cages just like this. WINK :wink: WINK :wink: WINK!! :wink: (Im winking so hard, I think I hurt myself). After you remove the walls you could just zip-tie them together. \:D/

Babs thank-you each cage is 37" so it ends up being a little Over 9',I love that triple cage I have society (6) and I just put my two female gouldians in it so there is lots of spaceThe society zip back and forth without stopping and go under the bars in the middle,they use to make me so nervous they were going to collide but they have been in it over a year and I guess so far they are very good at knowing the dimmensions.We tried to use zip tie but the cage is just to heavy these cages have metal trays, with the bolts I can move it away from the wall pretty easy.if my room was bigger I would connect another one to my double.

I just love those big beautiful cages! Birds really are the best, most photogenic pets, aren't they`?

MisterGribs As you could see I love these cages too,I really like the peaked roof compared to a few other cages I have that are flat.they are photogenic, I just can never get a good picture ,going to have to get the 35mm out and stop using cell phone.
