I like the idea of putting food and water up on a bench. That must really help keep them cleaner. Thanks for the pictures.

Wow !! Very nice bird-room

It looks so bright, is that natural light ? Your birds look like they are enjoying it very much !!

What a great use for cozy room! The window view makes for a pretty backdrop with the birds on the tree limbs.
Nice place for a comfy chair, a book and some tea.

Thanks!
It is a small sunroom and the doors are glass as well.
I have a table in there I didn't photograph it but it's my relaxation spot lol. It is mine since no one uses it in my family so I figured why not!
I turn a light on in the afternoon because the room gets morning sunlight which is really nice. That is when they take their bath!!! I have to cover all the lights because they will land on them.
It was the best thing I did for my finch and for myself.

This is the room I used. It had cages in there. There was no sense in keeping it that way.
I have a sheer curtain in front of the door which acts as a barrier when I go in and out.

I do want Cordon Bleu's. I am testing the waters and may sell the Zebras because they are pushy although not a big deal in there but they are also trying to breed although I removed nests. I like them, I just don't want 20 of them!

Hi Jesse,
What type of floor do you have in your sunroom?
I noticed that you have some sort of wood shavings on it, but what's underneath, and how do you clean it?

I have that wood flooring that's popular now, not sure what its called but I covered it with plastic and then put shavings over it. I put bricks to divide where I didn't want it and where my table is.
It's all so easily washable and honestly, the birds stay where you put their things. They don't go over to the table side often. I figured. I think a wipe down and a once a month shavings change is more than enough cleaning with that space. It probably could stand more but it will get dusty with the seeds.
It's really turning into a jungle.
Here are some updates.

Looking very pretty indeed.
You mean laminate flooring?
When you say 'covered with plastic', do you mean plastic sheeting (held in place with bricks?)
