To upload a file, you can click on the link that says "POSTreply" above the quick comment section. It will have a section lower down where you can upload pictures (says "attach file"). If you can edit your original post, the section should also turn up. Unfortunately I don't know what to do if the file size is too large.
As for mites, I use Ivermectin when I think there is a cause for concern. S76 is also a reliable treatment. I don't think either are recommended for birds under six months, though.

yossiantokolitz wow that was a great idea.Is that one of those breeder cages with the divider?why would you be worried about mites? It looks like the wood is on the outside,My hubby just made me three of those stress perches four little compartments with wood and never worried about mites, even with my real branches.I will be curious what others post.qreat job

I've never had mites. Perhaps I've just been lucky? But no bird I've ever brought in had any disease or mites. I do quarantine. My mother had dozens of birds - no mites or disease issues, and those were nearly all wild-caught back then.
Are mites really all that common?

Glad I could help! That's a nice-looking cage and looks like it should work quite well. I don't see how you would have any more trouble with mites than anyone else, though the wood may make it a bit harder to get rid of red mites if your birds get them.
I'd recommend against the bird protectors that clip onto the side of the cage; there was recently a thread explaining how several people have lost birds due to the product's toxicity.
