So yesterday I spent 4 hours refurbishing my aviary I cleaned all the ppoop off the wood scraping washing off hot water little more paint it was hard to get off it was like paint

then I put some fake grass down with some real sticks and a fake plant and I have done up the inside aswell give it a fresh look and I have given brand new nesting material, brand new toys, new feeders and water drinkers and have hidden them in places in the aviary so they have to find them (basically a treasure hunt ) lol
Anyway the bird where very happy indeed and I caught my two zebras breeding and evyone else was singing away they loved the fake grass by the way they kept running around in it they looked like a load of little hamsters in play time or somet haha
I’ll be updating photos later

very nice. wish I had the time, money, and resources to build one. however right now I'm not entirely too focused on anything because of school. With virtual school you don't really get winter break. your parents tell you to work and you must work. alright everyone. back to work I go.

FinchLover&Breeder haha bet it’s all worth it in the end and this took me 4 hours to do this as I re set all the perched and scrubbed the aviary down spot less the only thing I didn’t have time to do was the leaves that are full of poop

no. I'm more likely to be sleeping in a decently bright room with glass and other material cages stacked up to the ceiling on special racks with all different kinds of reptiles in them. I'm more of a reptile guy then other animal guy. lol.

It looks great Fraser.
It sounds like you had a good time with your project and that your birdies are appreciating it
