new to finches question of housing

hi all and thanks for having this forum!!!
I am new to finches and have a couple of questions regarding housing.
I currently have the Finch Haven Flight Cage manufactured by Everything Birds, with the dimensions of: Bar Spacing: 1/2", Dimensions: 31"x22"x35" (Internal) Total Height Including Stand: 62". website:
http://www.bird-supplies.net/finch-haven.htm
I have added fake non toxic greenery to the cage with multiple texture perches, different water sources, as well as feeding the birds live food, seed, and egg product as well as greens.
In this cage I have a pair of owls, a pair of orange cheek waxbills, and a pair of bronze winged mannikins. I know that one of the mannikins is a male, all the others are unsexed.
my question...I have my heart set on getting a pair of orange breasted waxbills, (can be of same sex as I am not interested in breeding any of my birds), can I add another pair or two ( I am also checking out strawberries) to a cage of these dimensions?
thanks to any and all who can provide some guidance on my finch care!
I am not a breeder, nor do I want to be, I just want to enjoy the companionship of the birds and I want everyone to be able to get along..so far, I do not think I have any breeding pairs, but if I do, I will take care to either change the habitat so that I don't get any babies, or I will accomodate the babies and provide the proper care.
thank you again
