size of zebra finch cage?

how big should a zebra finch cage be if you wanted to house up to 5 zf's in? we have quite a large cage at the mo, dont know the measurements, could probs fit about 4 in but not sure.

Take the measurements of your cage (width and depth only, heighth doesn't matter so much). Then go to the Finch Information Center linked at left, and under Housing there is a cage calculator. Put in your measurements, and it will tell you how many birds you can keep in that size cage. This is the ideal, to eliminate problems caused by overcrowding.
