If money and space wasn’t an issue, what would your dream aviary be like?
Note that maintenance and cleaning may still be an issue.

ooh I agree I love Kenny's! Actually I'd love one like the one in the movie When a Stranger Calls, the movie wasn't that good but man did they have a nice aviary. It was in the middle of the house and had full grown trees and the base of it was one giant koi pond with wooden pathways above and little bridges. ACTUALLY there's a house in Guelph that if I won the lottery I'd buy off the owner, since it has a HUGE greenhouse attached to it that he's set up with big trees and such, I'd take it and put birds in and iguanas

Has any one here ever seen the national aviary in Pittsburg? It is a very impressive place. They have several large walk through planted aviaries. One of them even had a stream running through it. They have all kinds of finches, soft bills and parrots (including the highly endangered Bali mynah). I would definitely recommend visiting it if you ever get the chance.
It would be awesome to have something like that in my back yard although I can't imaging all the work that must go into keeping after that many species of birds and all there different diet requirements.

Mine would be... The size of my living room! With ehh... Some Zebras, Spice, Societies, a pair of owls or two. No the big fancy $100 birds. And the birds would multiply so... yea. :P
