If I have a large enough setup would brothers and sisters live together or will they fight?

They may "get along" better than you expect! Don't provide them a nest, or you might have babies, and it's for sure not a good idea to let brother and sister breed.

But in a large enough non-breeding cage/flight, they could get along.

What kind of finches? How many? And how big a cage/flight? A lot depends on the type of finch as some are definitely more aggressive to males of their own species, than others.

They are zebra finches. I had them in a smaller flight cage which is 36 long by 18 high and 18 wide. They were getting along just fine but today we are having trouble. The oldest male is chasing the younger male and the young male is chasing the sister. I have seen cages that are 36 long by 36 high and 18 wide in a nearby pet store and hoping that would do the trick. The same pet store also has very large cages 5 feet tall by 36 by 36 but I would rather avoid that one but will get it if need be. I know finches like length better than height but was hoping this would at least stop the bickering otherwise I will have to break everyone up.

Zebras are in the "Pushy" category of finches. So unfortunately I think a larger cage may not be the answer. You may need to have them split into 2 cages, one for the boys and one for the girls. Even then, the cage full of boys may not get along, if they can see the girls... Tough choice...

I ended up splitting them into 3 cages. I got another female to go with my lone male and I have a friend who will take one pair for his mother. So everything has worked out. Thanks for the tip about the space and zebras. Does seem like male zebs don't co-exist too well.
