Hello, everyone I have ever talked to said that their bird loves millet.
All the people at the pet store said millet is a great treat, and all birds love it.
Therefore I bought some spray millet.
I have tried feeding it to him many times and he never takes a bite out of it.
Why is this? Am I feeding it to him the wrong way? How are you supposed to feed spray millet to him? Whats the difference between spray millet and normal millet?
P.S. He is a Male European Goldfinch that is 1.5-2 years old.

Just hang the entire millet in the cage. They will. hang off of it and chow down. I honestly haven't had a bird yet that won't devour it

If he's never had spray millet before you might try placing it beside his regular seed dish so he will get used to it.
I think the only difference is spray millet is still on the stem/stalk and the other millet is the seeds pulled off.
