Gutloading mealworms..
What do the members who feed mealworms feed them to make them extra nutritious for the birds & young?....Mine are currently in an oatmeal mix that includes flax seeds and some bran, and I have thrown in some dry dog food kibbles.....Anything else I should add?
...DeBBie...

My birds didn't like herb salad so I coffee ground it up and fed that to my mealies in with their oatmeal. I know they liked it because I could see it in them. They also liked kale which is good for the birds. I have heard of adding dry eggfood, dog food, unmedicated chick starter and used seeds and hulls.
