First molt

Hi

since it's my first experience with you gouldians, i would like to ask a a couple of questions, hope someone can help me.

first thing i would to like know is if its normal for a young gould going through it's first molt to be a bit less active and secondly i would like to know if i should add some type of vitamins to the normal routine food, for example some muta-vit (verselelaga) to help in this delicate phase.

It takes alot out of the birds when they moult...The first moult for Gouldians is the hardest thing they have to go through....I give mine Feather fast but their are probably other vitamins and minerals that they need...I am sure others on this forum will help with that
