Vitamin and Calcium, where to mix ?

Where do you guys mix the Vitamins (i.e. Vitamin E) on the water or with the egg food,
Please advice?

I have always mixed all of my vitamins in with the eggfood.

I no longer give vitamins. I think I am giving them enough fresh food that they don't need it.
I will put powder suppliments (Breeders Blend or Feather Fast) onto their fresh food; egg + veggies.

Calicium they normally get a small dish of crushed egg shells.
HOWEVER, for breeding birds, I will put 1/2 dose of liquid calcium into the drinking water while they are laying. This is in addition to the crushed egg shells.
