I've never noticed that when I give it to my finches - I'll have to watch more closely! How soon after you gave it to them did you notice the higher activity levels?

Ohh salad dressing...
They reacted very shortly after they drank it. Perhaps they were deficient in vitamins which caused them to be tired. It would make sense.
They're too darn cute.

That sounds very interesting! But what is this "VitaFlight," where can I get it, and how much does it cost? I feel so uneducated on birds here.

I'm a hamster freak and I'm loving it! Currently loving 3 hammies.

VitaFlight is a powder form vitamin that you add to your birds water.
It's fairly cheap in CT...if I remember correctly, it was about $5. I found it in a local petstore with the medications for birds.

Thank you!
I will definitely check it out. But lyderbug, I am curious. Why would you rather order online than go to the store? I'm just the other way around.

Traditionally, I go to the store because it's only a couple of miles away. I love looking at the birds and other dodads. But...spring is the busy season for us horticulturist and sometimes I just don't have the time to stop at the store. So I either buy online, or make my other half stop there after work.
