Eggfood Recipe using Arrowhead Organic Whole Millet

Post by cindy » Sat Oct 20, 2012 3:57 pm

Egg and Millet Entree

8 boiled grated eggs with crushed shells
1 cup dried parsley
1 cup enriched cornmeal
1 cup of cooked Arrowhead Organic Whole Millet (it is hulled and when boiled and simmered for 20 to 30 minutes it is soft, follow the directions on the bag)

I tested the cooked Organic Whole Millet out on the owls and Rummy got a tails up when served w/o the other ingredients for the mix)

Mix all the ingredients and serve. (you can add veggies)

Cindy,

Where do you get Arrowhead Mills Organic Millet? I'm assuming that this millet is intended for human consumption. I've never heard of such a thing. Bob
