What's your feeding regimen?

With 71 (at last count!) birds across 2 aviaries and multiple breeding cages, I am finding that what once was easy - administering supplements, etc. is no longer such a simple task. I used to keep some things in the cage at all times, offer other things only to breeding pairs more regularly, try to address special needs as needed, etc.

But now I'm starting to find that between them devouring all I've given them, it starting to go stale or bad, or them pooping in the supplement dishes, I'm lucky to be able to keep track of who has what anymore. Of course, as I discover soiled dishes, or dried egg food that has gone a bit stale, for instance, I'm immediately removing them.

I was thinking that maybe it would make sense to make up a regimen such as Monday - crushed cuttlebones & fresh lettuce, Tuesday - dried greens & egg food, Wednesday - mineral mix & another fresh veggie, Thursday - oyster shells & kelp, Friday - fresh veggie & millet spray, etc.

I wonder how well that would work or if I could really stick to such a plan religiously.

I am curious what other folks do! Please - any suggestions for your regime with a large number of birds would be appreciated. I say large number of birds because I know this is a LOT easier when you don't have many to manage. My goal is pretty much a well-rounded week with a little of everything important for each bird, but without having to worry about some having soiled that needs to be removed, etc. Even if I have to toss unfinished supplements to stay on course, I think it's worth it.

for the supplement cups can you get cups with the lids on to prevent pooping in them?

I was going to say like Dee, maybe you can try to put some sort of roof over the dishes to keep them clean. A simple lean-to or carport like design would work for multiple dishes.
I would hate for them to need a calcium source and it not be the day you offer it. I feel things like that should be available at all times.
