I have a larger finger tray of organic kelp mixed with the powdered kelp that I leave in & keep filled. They really only eat it most often when breeding, as they love to feed it to the babies (I guess, unless it's to keep themselves healthy). I feel they only eat what they need, so if they feel they need it, it's available to them.
