Powered Eggs?
Has anyone used powdered eggs instead of hard boiled eggs? I understand shelf life is long term (months) & they won't spoil unless they are rehydrated. Any comments will be helpful. Pro or Con.

Re: Powered Eggs?
Many years ago I had heard of people going in that direction. I haven't heard about it in years, wonder why it never became a popular way to supplement.

I tried it, none of mine liked it at all. They prefer boiled grated egg or the dried Higgins ProTeen 25 eggfood dry or moistened.
