Eggs which is better ( chicken, Duck, Pheasant)
I have button quail, pheasants, ducks and chickens. from what I read duck eggs are higher in fat and cholesterol but healthier then chicken eggs as it has alot more vitamins. I have been just grabbing these eggs at random to make my egg food and no matter what the birds enjoy. But which is better and should I be taking out the yolk? I thought the yolk is where the good stuff is???

You need to feed both the yolk and the whites for all the goodies.
The chicken egg has more of the omega's then the quail or duck, everything else seems to be about the same.
