I've started some seeds sprouting via the tea ball method that was recommended for small batches,,,,,,,
but I still think I'm going to have more than they can use in one sitting,,,,,,
can the remainder be refrigerated to keep them, and if so, how long will they last in the fridge??

Re: sprouted seeds
I usually sprout enough to last the day they are ready plus two days in the fridge. As soon as they are sprouting, I serve them up and save the remainder in the fridge (for about 2 days), then start a new batch soaking at the same time. By the time that batch is ready, it's time to dump what's left, if any, from the stuff in the fridge, and so on, and so on......
