Simple Sprout treat

I sprouted white fresh proso and mixed it with chopped carrots and dried eggfood (ProTeen 25)

The sprouts took off a little longer than I usually like to serve them but the birds dove in anyway. The shorter the sprout the more nutrition concentration... to long and it looses some.
