My Gouldians are moulting

Post by pattiej » Mon Mar 15, 2010 3:35 pm

My gouldian pair is moulting! I just bought them last summer (they were almost a year old at the time of purchase) so this is the first time I've been through this.... What should I be feeding them while they are moulting? anything different from the reg Gouldian diet? Thanks!

LOTS of egg.
Hardboiled egg + crushed egg shell + chopped veggies.

You can add something like Feather Fast, a supplement, to their food, but just doing as ac12 said should do it.
3 Purple Grenadiers, 1 Goldbreast + 1 cat.

Thank You! I am already giving them lots of egg and egg shell so I will add some veggies and get some feather fast.
