i agree, i gave the egg food another shot today with the greens included and added more dry egg mix to help dry it out and so far so good they seem to still be eating it so thats nice and the best part is i didnt have to time my outings today to be back in time to take out dishes

One thing I do that I haven't seen mentioned is put a folded piece of paper towel in the bottom of the container I keep my egg food in. Then I add the egg food I'm keeping in the fridge or the freezer and top it with another piece of paper towel. This absorbes a lot of moisture and my egg food always comes out crumbly. It's especially handy if you freeze your egg food since there seems to be a lot of moisture when it defrosts. Then I usually replace the paper towels when it's defrosted.

Trish is right about the paper towel. I ended up doing that and it really helps. Especially with the veggies that you freeze. Lots of moisture when they thaw.
