The BRU sprout mixes are meant to be used at a 2:1 ratio where it's 2:1, White:Black sprout mix.
So, twice as much white sprout as black sprout.
Depending on the size of your flock you can easily tailor this so for instance when I was feeding a flock of about 80 I would do 2 cups of white sprout to 1 cup black sprout and this would last me about a week for the breeding and molting birds.
