Looks to me.......
A= canary grass seed
B = lettuce seed
C= immature safflower seed??
D= hemp seed
E= rape seed
F= white or porso millet (the larger white ones)
red or siberian millet (the small red ones)
german millet looks the same but has a more brown color instead

Are these all nutritional?
Which one is most healthy?

My gouldian eat more of 'white millet/proso millet' and also 'sesame seeds' and sometimes 'canary grass seed'.

They all have nutritional value. Some can be offered in smaller quantities like the flax, rape and hemp as they have high fat content and you don't want your birds to gorge / overeat on those. They usually don't anyhow and waste much if there is a lot of it in the food mix.
I feed my mixed millets in a ratio of 3millet: 1canary.
Birds can overeat on their favourite seed and thereby limit a healthy mixed seed intake, but in so saying I have seen birds on limited seed mixes doing well but then they were given multi vit's too.
