my gould doesnt eat any fruits nor cuttlebone just eggfood, seed mix and some egg shell what should i do..?
he doesnt even go to the bottom of the cage... whats happening

my finch eats seed mix, some eggfood, and little cuttlebone is that enough?
will my zebra teach him to eat veggies and fruits even if he doesnt knows?

That doesn't mean your gould is eating bad. If you just got this gould and he/she is eating seed, eggfood, and egg shell that is great for now! Eventually you could try converting to pellets. My gould doesn't usually sample many things like the rest of my finches do.

If you have enough room for another bird, you could also try getting a "teacher" bird who will try new foods and teach your gould. I have a a society finch and a young Gouldian (still in juvenile plumage) and when I first brought the gould home, he would only eat seed. I FINALLY got him switched over to pellets and some veggies/fruits. I credit some of the switch over to my little society, since she is extremely curious and will try just about anything.
