liquid minerals?

Can anyone suggest a good source of liquid minerals? It would be nice to find something that has both vitamins and minerals. The vits I've been using don't say anything about minerals.

If anyone is interested but hasn't found a good source for minerals, endive is surprisingly good...it surprised me anyway.

I'd still rather find something to add to their water though

What about "Hearty Bird"? Is that what you are looking for?

I checked it out, but don't think so. Thank you anyway though. After looking around I believe it would be good to go with something powdered for minerals, and keep it available all the time in a cup. This looks good:

and liquid vitamins:

That should do it I believe, and then it doesn't matter what kind of greens they get. So they'll get lame romaine lettuce since they like it best and it seems easiest for me too. Endive wilts too fast like spinach, is not sold in most grocery stores around here, and is too expensive.
