Mine love dandelion blossoms!! I cut the petals off and mix them with their greens. And daylilies, roses, are safe if they haven't been fertilized with anything bad. Clover blossoms are good too.

Rancel, they may be trying to shred the flowers for the threads to use as nesting material...my zebras do this. One of my zebras got a little flower down and has been toting it around the cage for days like a ikid with a teddy bear. He will take it to his roosting spot and poke it, rearrange it, move it and guard it!!!! I don't have the heart to take it away!

Many herbs flower and even some lettuce does if you let it get tall.
