Buying Seed In Bulk +

Ok, Dante did help me in giving me a link to his thread but i am stupid and dumb and need some help 
I am very excited to announce that if my shelter boy is still at the shelter(its been a week since i saw him last... but it is a cat shelter so i hope he did not get adopted, the resident birds of the shelter had babies and they did not know until they fledged, they had a male /bc that they did not want at all because they wanted NO males)
But i can only get my shelter boy IF I can provide enough seed for six months. not over the course of six months but buy six months worth of seed.
I need breeders or big aviary members for this!
So i need direct links(cause i am stupid
) to sites with DOMESTICATED finch seed. they will eat any kind just as though it HAS to be a mixed seed variety because they get in moods.
seriously, one week they ate only the grass seed and millet and last week they only ate the rounded red and white seeds. whaa?

as i was saying, direct links to sites that have bulk seed but the limit is 40.00$ because i am paying haha! i do pay anyway, my mother wants to make sure i can feed them for that long or longer JIC
she wants nothing to do with them....
if it is possible, 25+ pounds of mixed variety seed or more for 40.00$ or less!
anyone know? any seed dealers even???
