Ok this is embarasing to ask but what does it mean?

Is it kinda like the Nutrition value on our foods?

Is there a certain % of:

Crude Protein
Crude Fat
Crude Fiber
Moisture
Calcium min
Calcium max

That i should be looking for,or not so important as long as the product is for Finches?
