Turtle cuttlebone?

So went to petsmart yesterday to get some cuttlebone, I like to shave it then give it to my societies and owls, they really like it that way. Well, one employee said that they are out of cuttlebone for birds and they don't think they will be getting any in for a long time. So he said to get turtle cuttlebone...he said it was the exact same thing. (strange they sell turtle cuttlebone when turtles are illegal to buy/sell/own here in tn). Well...as a long time veterinary technician, most of the time working in Banfield (Banfield is a vet hospital inside petsmart) I know petsmart employees here aren't the brightest crayons in the box...so I wanted to ask you all about this. It looks the same as bird cuttlebone and it's actually cheaper. It just says ingredients:cuttlebone. So, I just wanted to make sure with someone on here before I gave it to my finches. Thank you guys! Here is a link online of exactly what I bought.

It's a cuttlebone packaged for pet turtles, same thing.

A cuttlebone is not actually a bone, but rather the internal shell of the Cuttlefish

Can't add anything different from what Debbie said - she nailed it completely. =D>
