My RCCB eat mainly herbs/greens and freeze dried blood worms... they eat very little seed.... but seem happy and thriving.
Do other people with RCCB or CB'S see this with their birds?

Will they eat soaked seed or millet?

My CBs eat lots of seed, and they think spray millet is candy. But then, mine don't get eggfood w/fd bloodworms when I am resting them, so maybe they are happier with the seeds then.
When feeding young, a lot of my waxbills will not eat as much seed, because at that time I do give them the eggfood w/fd bloodworms.

Hmm, mine eat a lot of seeds and a lot of egg food, in particular. They also love fresh veggies and go kinda on & off eating worms. There's one type in particular, that are very moist (and stinks to high heaven!) that they seem to really like - just my luck LOL

Mine love seeds. Usually the smaller types of millet though and some plain canary seed. They do love variety and eat eggfood, insects and veg too. I see them more often at the seed than other foods though.

They are probably fine -maybe eating more seed than you think? That said, it might be worth knowing what kind of seed mix you are offering?
Mine are eating a mix containing Japanese Millet, Canary Seed, Siberian Millet, Finch Millet, White Millet, Steel Cut Oats, Red Millet, Thistle, Flax, Rape, Anise, and Sesame with gusto. My Red-Eared Waxbills (actually ALL my birds) also really love orchard grass seed.
If they seem healthy and happy - lively and busy - they are probably doing fine and eating what's good for them.

Thanks for all your responses... I do give them millet about once a week... They seem fine and are healthy. Again thank you.
