Like fingers scratching on a blackboard

Blue Boy, dad of 6 new Gouldians, has a habit of scratching on the cuttle bone.....like the subject line. OOOOOhh. It sends shivers up my spine. Scratch, carve, scrape.
If it wasn't so ANNOYING, I would say it's cute.

I cannot "hear" my finches chewing on their cuttlebones - ever. You must have very acute hearing.
