Guys just wanted to find out what was the general thoughts on Morning Bird Miracle Meal as a weekly addition to my bird diet.
I moisten it with grated carrots, some honey and add some of their daily seed mix (sometimes cooked and some time un-cooked).
I personally like the morning bird products, but if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with them it would be nice to know.

I have never personally used Miracle Meal but have heard nothing but good things about it and other Morning Bird products.
Sounds like you are making it up nicely with the carrots & honey. I'm sure the birds love it!

Be careful giving honey to birds. Even the best quality honey can harbor bacteria and grow mold that can be fatal to birds.

Hmmm thanks nixity
Heard that before. I think I would cut that out for safety as I live in the Caribbean with our temperature and humidity things harbor bacteria quite readily.
That is also why I try to stay away from feeding fresh eggfood I am scared it would spoil way too fast.

hi.
i really like miracle meal. i find that my birds really like to feed it to their chicks. i give it to them dry, or sometimes mix it into egg food. its really great dry because it doesn't get soggy or clumpy. for my birds that have babies, I give them a fresh bowl if it every day, and its gone in no time

My birds really love Miracle Meal, too, and it's regularly on the menu here.

And yes, PS, our birds love it

We take hard boiled eggs and add about 1 tablespoon miracle meal per egg to make the egg a little drier and crumblier.
The birds go nuts over it.

Hi Psycho (LOL

) -
I try not to leave fresh eggfood out for more than 6-7 hours.
Generally speaking though, when I've given it in the morning before leaving for work, it's all gone by the time I get home anyway!
But on the weekends if I give a lot to parents with babies, I don't leave it for more than 6 hours.

Nixity thanks for the input but I am still apprehensive with our temperatures.
I Have also tried sprouted seeds h unless closely monitored the grow fungus or spoil very fast in our climate.
