generally 1 drop to 1 ounce of food or water( I prefer to mix with food because my birds not only drink it but also take bath in same dish sometimes). I mix with seed only.
Egg- limit to 1 time a week
Carrots, apples, leafy green- 2 or more times a week
Bread(I only use whole grain) -1 time a week
Calcium should be available to birds at all times( cuttle bone or calcium grit)
Clean water -always! I have drinking cups and a shallow bowl for bathing
Seed or pellets should be a good quality and mix( should include variety of seeds and vitamin chunks)
I hope it helps. I am sure you will get a lot more suggestions soon :D

Salam! Welcome to the forum! :)

The summer temperatures should be fine (given that a shaded area is provided) but the winter temperatures are a bit concerning. Are you planning to house these birds indoors or outdoors? There are several breeders in Pakistan. I would ask their advice on how they are keeping their birds.

In regards to the maximix multivitamins -- I'm not familiar with this product. Is it made specifically for birds? Is it in powdered form? When in doubt, I say use weakly, weekly. That is, add small amounts but offer it weekly. Or, you can try spitting the three eggs (1/2 and 1/2) and put a little amount on 1/2 the egg and offer the other 1/2 egg without the vitamins. See which of the two mixes the birds prefer and proceed accordingly.

For the calcivet -- for breeding birds, I would recommend offering it at least once a week, but also offer crushed egg shells and/or crushed oyster shells, and if available, cuttle bones. I personally prefer to use a mineral mix with crushed egg shells, crushed oyster shells, bird charcoal, and cuttle bone -- I do this so that the birds can choose what they need. For non-breeding birds, I think twice a month should suffice, but offering additional pro-choice calcium sources is always highly recommended.

A good seed mix would be one that has a varied mix of seeds with good protein content. This is would be really subjected to what you have available locally.

Eggfood per pair -- perhaps one to two tablespoons per pair? A good way to determine this is how quickly the eggfood is disappearing and how much is being wasted. Another factor would be how many chicks are in the nest.

Good luck with your birds! :)
